I was visiting a friend near Milford the other day, and he directed me to a brand-new (they opened Summer 2012) gun shop at the North end of town, right on Milford Road. It's called
Huron Valley Guns, and it's an impressive place. Large, attractive, and well laid out, they have a large collection of new and used guns (I found several original Hi-Standard pistols and
three Winchester Model 62 rifles!), reloading supplies, a very large selection of books on gun related topics, and an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I was favorably impressed.
